Seniors to Create Handmade Christmas Ornaments Making handmade ornaments for the Christmas Tree in the State Capitol Rotunda is once again on the agenda for Pennsylvania’s senior centers. The annual invitation from the PA Department of Aging to the members of senior centers has been issued with little time to spare.
