    [06/24/10] Weekly Column: Making Agriculture a Priority for Area Youth

    Agriculture is the Commonwealth’s number one industry as Pennsylvania is home to tens of thousands of farm families who work hard all year long to keep this business vibrant and viable. In order to promote agricultural education of this industry with our future leaders, it’s important that we engage people of all ages particularly our youth in community programs. I am pleased that one local group is working to accomplish this goal.
