PGC Announces New Birding Website Birders throughout Pennsylvania may now participate in an international “eBird” network through a customized satellite website being hosted and managed by the PA Game Commission (PGC) in partnership with the Pennsylvania Society of Ornithology and Audubon Pennsylvania.
